As Head of Accounts for Akiem Group, I oversee sound management of all the company’s financial flows. This has involved a steady stream of challenges and changes from the start: from defining analytical dimensions and setting up a suppliers’ database, the arrival of a contract, then another – we now have dozens -, from the creation of new companies to the arrival of a new shareholder.

The company’s activities have accelerated, the team has grown, and the impacts of internationalisation are now felt more than ever in our work.
